Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,131 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHLDB1_S443, TNS1_S1400, and MAP1A_S1776. Each is linked with TREH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREH-to-partner and partner-to-TREH results are reported.
