TRDV3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRDV3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,940 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRDV3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive thymic T cell selection, Antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway, and T cell receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with TRDV3 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRDV3-to-partner and partner-to-TRDV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive thymic T cell selection grouped by TRDV3-low versus TRDV3-high in THYM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRDV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRDV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
