TRDN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRDN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,220 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRDN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLIN4, ITSN1, and MAP1B_S541. Each is linked with TRDN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRDN-to-partner and partner-to-TRDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
