Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRDN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, p62 Lck ligand, and PCNA. Each is linked with TRDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRDN-to-partner and partner-to-TRDN results are reported.
