TRDMT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRDMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,604 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRDMT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMCO1, ZMYND11, and PPIF. Each is linked with TRDMT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRDMT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRDMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRDMT1 versus TMCO1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRDMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRDMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
