Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRDMT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,506 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRDMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLA, G6PD, and NQO1. Each is linked with TRDMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRDMT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRDMT1 results are reported.
