TRDMT1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRDMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRDMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, EGFR, and eIF4E. Each is linked with TRDMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRDMT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRDMT1 results are reported.
