Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRDMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,023 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRDMT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic spindle organization, Protein localization to chromosome, and Positive regulation of chromosome segregation. Each is linked with TRDMT1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRDMT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRDMT1 results are reported.
