TRDD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRDD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,679 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRDD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC1, SSPOP, and MYO1D. Each is linked with TRDD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRDD1-to-partner and partner-to-TRDD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRDD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRDD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
