TRDC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRDC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,384 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRDC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP4, SEPTIN1, and ZAP70. Each is linked with TRDC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRDC-to-partner and partner-to-TRDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
