TRBVB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRBVB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,975 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRBVB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP30, SASH3, and SEPTIN1_S315. Each is linked with TRBVB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRBVB-to-partner and partner-to-TRBVB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRBVB versus ARHGAP30 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRBVB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRBVB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
