Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRBV5-1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRBV5-1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TRBV5-1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRBV5-1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, LUSC, and CESC are the cancer types where TRBV5-1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
