Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRBV5-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,869 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRBV5-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO19, ABALON, and CLEC1A. Each is linked with TRBV5-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRBV5-1-to-partner and partner-to-TRBV5-1 results are reported.
