Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRBV21OR9-2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRBV21OR9-2 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher TRBV21OR9-2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRBV21OR9-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and STAD show a favorable association.

UCS, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where TRBV21OR9-2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
