Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRBV19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRBV19 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TRBV19 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRBV19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, BLCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where TRBV19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
