Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRBJ2-4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRBJ2-4 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TRBJ2-4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRBJ2-4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD are the cancer types where TRBJ2-4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
