Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAV9-2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAV9-2 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher TRAV9-2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAV9-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC are the cancer types where TRAV9-2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
