TRAV6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,537 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COTL1, IL16, and WAS. Each is linked with TRAV6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV6-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
