Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAV40 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAV40 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TRAV40 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAV40 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and UCEC are the cancer types where TRAV40 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
