Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAV4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAV4 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TRAV4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAV4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where TRAV4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
