Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 412 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4482, ATF4, and PYURF. Each is linked with TRAV4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV4-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV4 results are reported.
