Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAV39 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAV39 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher TRAV39 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAV39 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP are the cancer types where TRAV39 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
