Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAV39-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-5P, RNA5SP414, and MIR6515. Each is linked with TRAV39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV39-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV39 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV39→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
