Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,575 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of defense response to virus, Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process, and Fibroblast proliferation. Each is linked with TRAV37 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV37-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV37 results are reported.
