Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAV36DV7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAV36DV7 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TRAV36DV7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAV36DV7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, PRAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where TRAV36DV7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
