Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAV34 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAV34 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher TRAV34 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAV34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC and PRAD are the cancer types where TRAV34 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
