Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAV30 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAV30 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TRAV30 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAV30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and SKCM are the cancer types where TRAV30 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
