The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TRAV29DV5 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAV29DV5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, SKCM, and PRAD are the cancer types where TRAV29DV5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
