TRAV27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 181 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV27-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUDT1, URGCP-MRPS24, and RNU6-370P. Each is linked with TRAV27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV27-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV27→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
