TRAV22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,846 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV22-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAV26-1, TRAV29DV5, and TRBV2. Each is linked with TRAV22 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV22-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
