Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAV13-2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAV13-2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TRAV13-2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAV13-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where TRAV13-2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
