Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV13-2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV13-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPEP5, H3P2, and CDY7P. Each is linked with TRAV13-2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV13-2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV13-2 results are reported.
