Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV13-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV13-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP54, RPL35P9, and USH2A-AS1. Each is linked with TRAV13-1 in more than 2 cancer types.
