Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAV12-2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAV12-2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TRAV12-2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAV12-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, BLCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where TRAV12-2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Exploration
