Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAV1-2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAV1-2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher TRAV1-2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAV1-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ESCA and LUAD are the cancer types where TRAV1-2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
