Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAT1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRAT1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher TRAT1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, LUAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where TRAT1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
