TRAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 53BP1. Each is linked with TRAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by TRAT1-low versus TRAT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
