Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,173 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cardiac muscle cell contraction, Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, and Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TRAT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAT1 results are reported.
