TRAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 861 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAAM1, ZC3H12B, and SLC17A2. Each is linked with TRAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAAM1 grouped by TRAT1-low versus TRAT1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
