TRARG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRARG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,989 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRARG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACACB_S37, PALM, and SGCD. Each is linked with TRARG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRARG1-to-partner and partner-to-TRARG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRARG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRARG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
