Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRARG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,746 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRARG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSG, SEMA3G, and HAS1. Each is linked with TRARG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRARG1-to-partner and partner-to-TRARG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRARG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRARG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
