TRAPPC9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,035 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC1A, WDR5, and XPO1. Each is linked with TRAPPC9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC9-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC9 versus SMC1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
