TRAPPC9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,559 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPO, CEP55, and GEMIN2. Each is linked with TRAPPC9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC9-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPO grouped by TRAPPC9-low versus TRAPPC9-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
