Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAPPC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,188 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi to endosome transport, Regulation of autophagosome maturation, and Vesicle localization. Each is linked with TRAPPC9 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC9-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC9 results are reported.
