TRAPPC8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,264 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAPPC11, RPRD1A, and SMAD4. Each is linked with TRAPPC8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC8-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC8 versus TRAPPC11 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
