Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,734 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAPPC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPRD1A, SERPINB8, and KDSR. Each is linked with TRAPPC8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC8-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC8 versus RPRD1A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
