TRAPPC8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,180 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAPPC11, TRAPPC12, and TRAPPC13. Each is linked with TRAPPC8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC8-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC8 versus TRAPPC11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
