TRAPPC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAPPC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,432 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT1, SCGB1C2, and MFSD12. Each is linked with TRAPPC8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC8-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT1 grouped by TRAPPC8-low versus TRAPPC8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
