Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAPPC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,634 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering, DNA synthesis involved in DNA replication, and Regulation of centrosome duplication. Each is linked with TRAPPC8 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC8-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC8 results are reported.
