TRAPPC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAPPC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 770 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAPPC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CARD17, SMIM23, and GSG1L2. Each is linked with TRAPPC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAPPC8-to-partner and partner-to-TRAPPC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CARD17 grouped by TRAPPC8-low versus TRAPPC8-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAPPC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAPPC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
